How to Prepare Food and Guidelines
We, at Samgyup on the way, ensure all our products are made with fresh ingredients and high-quality meats, to provide the best service to our customers. We believe that our customers are our highest priority, that is why we provide strict food safety controls in our kitchen, for you to be able to savor and enjoy your samgyupsal meal with you family and friends.
Observing Safety Protocols
Due to the rise of COVID-19, our staff has strict sanitation procedures in the kitchen and dispatch area. Only a certain number of staff are allowed to enter the kitchen for social distancing purposes. Furthermore, we sanitize the kitchen and dispatch area regularly, to avoid any contact of the virus to the staff or the products.
Food Storage and Safety:
We advise our customers to immediately consume the products right away to keep the quality of the food in tact. If however, the products will be consumed a few hours after delivery, make sure that products are stored properly, and all items are placed in the chiller or freezer. Avoid placing the meat again in the freezer once meat has been thawed and avoid placing raw meat with cooked meat together in one container.
